The POPIA notice: what personal information AutoFlip collects, why it is collected, who it is shared with, how long it is kept, and what you may ask for — access, correction, deletion and objection.
It also has to cover the things a marketplace does specifically: the listing photographs you upload, the messages you exchange with buyers, and what a dealership sees when it takes an interest in your vehicle.
Each published version is recorded against the accounts that accepted it, so what somebody agreed to, and when, stays answerable later.
