The contract between you and AutoFlip: what the platform undertakes to do, what it does not, what is expected of you as a buyer or a seller, and how a listing or an account can be suspended.
It sits alongside an acceptable-use document covering prohibited conduct, which every account also accepts. What AutoFlip is not belongs here too: it does not buy vehicles, take payment, hold funds or act as an escrow between a buyer and a seller.
Each published version is recorded against the accounts that accepted it, so what somebody agreed to, and when, stays answerable later.
